This is why all items shopped from us will gladly be accepted for exchange / return within 48 hours after delivery has been made and items received.

All items must be returned in its original state.

Items returned must be devoid of any damages, stains, odors, hairs, lotion / oils or any distinct smells including deodorant and perfume.

Refunds will be issued in the same form of original payment type, excluding shipping and delivery costs.

Please note that all items on Sale are Final and cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.

In the event your item is delivered to you damaged, we sincerely apologise for this.

Kindly contact us within 24hours of receipt of your package and we will gladly process a return or exchange.

A wallet option is also available to customers who would prefer to open an A.H wallet and keep their money to apply it for a future transaction.

To return your items, please follow the steps below to ensure you have a successful return.

1. Ensure your items meet our return requirements. We accept returns within 48 hours after delivery has been received by the buyer as long as the item(s) are devoid of any damages and free of any stains or odors. Item must not be on sale.

2. Send an email to support@angiehaute.com or send us a DM (+2348132033456). with order details e.g Name, Date and item purchased.

3.You may choose to send it through a delivery service of your choice or through our delivery service. (Please note that this will incur a delivery fee.)

4. Once we receive the return of your parcel and it meets all our ‘Return’ requirements, an exchange or refund will be effected within 24 hours.
